The Combat Endurance Training program benefits people of all ages and fitness levels...from

The program is a Challenge by Choice Program which means you do what you're comfortable
with and build up as you become stronger! We'll give you some motivating encouragement to challenge you as well.

- Two Classes Per Week
- La Crosse Evening Classes
- La Crosse Morning Classes
- NEW CLASS OFFERINGS
- One Class Per Week - Choose from any of the morning or evening class offerings
(excludes Saturday class). Your schedule doesn’t allow you to commit to standard two classes per
week but you’d still like to get the benefits of a weekly Combat workout
- Three Classes Per Week - Choose from any of the above classes for
your two classes per week and then add a Saturday 745 am class for your third class (at Martial Arts America).
Note- This will depend upon the
number of people registered.
You can choose whichever session best fits your time schedule. I hope you can join us for this high energy fitness training.
Participants should plan to wear workout clothing and tennis shoes. Feel free to bring a yoga or exercise mat, water bottle, or towel.
